Croqui
R. Vieira da Silva 16, 1350-342 Lisboa, Portugal
Croqui feels less like a finished statement than a place where ideas are constantly taking shape, which is exactly the point. In Alcântara, Constança Cordeiro’s bar doubles as a production and development space for drinks, ingredients, and larger projects, giving it a more exploratory character than a conventional cocktail room. The name itself means sketch, and that sense of process seems to define the place. Even so, Croqui is not just a laboratory disguised as a bar. It still comes across as relaxed and public facing, with enough ease to make its more experimental side feel engaging rather than distant.
Opening hours are updated regularly. For the most current information, we recommend checking the bar's website or your maps app.
