Opened in 2017 by an all star team that includes Hidetsugu Ueno, it keeps things intimate at around 35 seats and puts real technique behind every drink. Menus change with themes, often reframing familiar classics through different eras or pop culture “time capsule” ideas, so it feels both precise and playful.
