Calm glamour and a quietly theatrical Martini ritual define this Mayfair hotel bar, designed by David Collins Studio with a Cubist, Art Deco edge. The black Martini Trolley is the signature, mixed tableside and tailored with a careful selection of bitters. Director of Mixology Agostino “Ago” Perrone leads the program, with Assistant Director of Mixology Giorgio Bargiani as a key creative force behind its global reputation.
