Undercote

Below Cote, this cocktail lounge offers a more intimate side of the same polished world. The room feels secluded and a little theatrical, with a dark, sleek look that suits a late drink or a longer night. Cocktails are the main draw, with a program that goes beyond the usual classics without turning fussy. It is a strong choice when you want something stylish and self possessed, whether you stop in after dinner or make the bar the whole plan.
