Botanicum Guest Shift at Velvet

TWO BARS. ONE PHILOSOPHY. MANY ESSENCES. 🌿

This BCB Tuesday, Switzerland meets Berlin behind the bar at Velvet Berlin

BOTANICUM at APPENZELLER HUUS is coming from Appenzell for a very special guest shift — bringing their world of herbs, botanicals and essences together with the seasonal alchemy of Velvet Berlin.

For one night, two distinct approaches to flavour and extraction come together behind one bar — supported by Freimeisterkollektiv Edition Dunkel and BEÚ Spirits .

Expect unusual ingredients, creative combinations and some very good drinks.
